ISO CERTIFICATES
Our company has received the certifiates according to rules ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004.
Certification is carried out in all departments and also in company´s management with a focus on control over quality within the meaning of: set and realized annual and long-term aims, control over working processes, functioning of internal organisation, control over staff and staff education, relationship with partners and suppliers and especially relationship with clients.

With received certification, according to rules ISO 9001:2000, the company EKO-FLOR PLUS confirms its already existing readiness to fulfill the highest requirements of quality of service towards all its clients and also its aspiration for continuous improving of quality system, where client contentment is a basic determinant of our business.

Satisfaction of customers with our service is the essence of all our activities. That is why is established the quality and environmental management system that manages the processes for identification of customer needs and expectations. The system is established to enable us, employees of the company, to understand requirements that Eko – flor plus d.o.o. has to fulfill to provide its clients high and constant service level.
During our company´s activity so far we have found that legal provisions, needs and expectations, regarding to waste treatment, change all the time. To be able to respond to new business challenges and changes, we need a close cooperation with our present and future clients. It helps us to create timely a new vision, policy and aims and also to implement changes maintaining integrity of existing system.
