OUR SERVICES

WE COLLECT MUNICIPAL AND BULKY WASTE

Since we are the biggest private company in Republic of Croatia for muncipal waste collecting, the high quality level and acceptable prices gave us an opportunity to get concessions for waste collecting in more than  70 units of local autonomy in public biddings.

The services that we offer to our clients in local units where we have concession, harmonize with all strategies and plans of waste management and are directed to reduction, i.e. taking advantage of waste. For depositing of comunal waste every household gets gratis adequate reservoir (120 or 240 litre). In this way users join in the system of waste management.

For surplus waste, that is weekly produced, user pays an additional price of caring for it, by purchase of 110 litre sack with logo of the company EKO-FLOR PLUS d.o.o. By concession contract we also take care of bulky waste that we transport gratis from every household twice a year, in the autumn and in the spring.

We have liking especially for the most imperriled households, so that we exempt from paying of municipal waste the users of social card. Also, we charge reduced price of bulky waste transportation to singles and to persons who are older than 65 years. In the context of service offering we keep accounts regarding to education of inhabitants, in the units of local autonomy, helping them to fulfill the statutory obligations for elaboration of the Plans for waste management and to fill up the statutory forms.

The motor pool of our company with more than hundred working machines and special vehicles for waste transportation make possible very fast reaction if there is any need for prompt intervention. Our contracts with more than 10 official dumps in the state are gurantee of certainty for high quality of service.

 

WE MANAGE INDUSTRIAL WASTE

More and more companies realize that today is necessary to manage waste efficaciously and ecologicaly acceptable and that it has to harmonize with statutory provisions and acceptable expenses. After receiving the basic data about art and quantity of waste, in collaboration with user, we will elaborate the most efficacious and the best system for collecting, sorting, transport and providing for waste, offering complete solutions according to system „key in hand“. To every user we will propose the most accetable solution, using adequate size of reservoirs. We often use press-containers that make possible reduction of waste capacity, even to 10 times. We can take a complete care of waste in Your locality, that includes sorting, internal transport, filling of reservoirs and accompanying documentation runing.

 

WE COLLECT SECONDARY RAW MATERIALS – wood, metal, plastic, glass...

Secondary raw materials are the great share of waste that arises in production, making in this way the rest of some production process, but also in part of municipal waste mixed with other kinds of waste. Collecting and treatment of dregs includes integral systems of waste management, from its beginning to repeted use as a secondary raw material in new production process. By efficacious waste treatment is necessary to collect and separate the rests of metal, paper, glass, plastic, waste edible oil and different biowaste to be possible, in good organized, technological and ecological closed cycles, to recycle these raw materials in paper works, glass works, ironworks, manufactory for plastic mass processing, composting places etc.

We are authorized to collect and treat wood packing. Also, we have a national concession for collecting and treatment of secondary and tertiary packing. According to it, we take in charge and treat wood waste – palettes and crates, and also make placement of treated wood waste that we can transport till desired place of delivery.

 

WE COMPOST BIODEGRADABLE WASTE

With aim to finish the process of biodegradable waste mangement, in the end of 2005 we bought a locality for composting place in Kloštar Ivanić and we have started to compost there all kinds of green waste, sludge from industries and all kinds of waste that are treatable in biological treatment, according to statutory provisions. We compost based on permission of authorized office of public administration iz county of Zagreb. Till the end of tunnel reconstruction for closed aerobic degradation of waste in bioreactor, with biofilter for cleaning of waste air, we compost on outer concrete plateau by method of aerobic degradation. For improvement of process of degradation and, at the same time, for prevention of odours, we put in compost mixture a preparation that contains a heterogenous microbial culture where different groups of microorganisms live in commensalism.

Efficacity of technological composting process, i.e. its adaption to environs, show the results of air quality measurement close to composting place. The measurements were carried out by company Dvokut-ecro d.o.o. in continued period longer than one month. It was established that all emissions from aerobic composting process harmonize with statutory provisions. Year capacity of composting place amounts to 9500 tons of biodegradable waste, and we can also receive all kinds of waste, that is recommended the biological treatment for, according to Regulation about categories, kinds and classification of waste. For waste collecting we can ensure adequate reservoirs, and we can receive loose or packed waste. Based on this we also form the price of caring for waste.

The last composting product, that presents exothermic degradation process  of organic material, is dark-brown product full of grain, similar to humus.

This compost is used for improving of soil quality, landscape arrangement, horticultur, in agrarian production and as covering on waste dumps.

 

WE CLEAN SEPARATORS AND FAT COLLECTORS AND TRANSPORT USED MOTOR OIL

Separators can be used for water and fat separation and sludge collecting which has a feature of dangerous waste materials and has to be treated according to law about depositing of dangerous waste. Elimination of sludge has to be done when the space for sludge becomes full. Fat collectors have to be placed on waste waters output, because of vegetable and animal oil separation. Their use enlarges free flow of every sewage system. They are especially efficacious in outcomes of: objects for food preparation, food industries, slaughter-houses, butcher´s shops, objects for fish processing etc.

Also, we clean very well separators and fat collectors and offer services of transport of used motor oil.

From this service we would like to extract:

  • cleaning of separators for waste fats and oils
  • cleaning of kitchen fat collectors and caring for contents
  • separating of water and fats from separators
  • machine cleaning and washing of car-parks, streets, market-places, playgrounds and other open areas

WE EMPTY SEPTIC TANKS AND UNCLOG SEWAGE SYSTEMS

The company EKO-RITAM d.o.o also runs its business in the framework of our company. This company is specialized for septic tanks emptying, sewage systems uncloging, both in industries and in households. EKO-RITAM owns cisterns, cleaning machines and other special working vehicles and machines for successful business performing.

From this service we would like to extract:

  • sewage system verification using camera
  • septic tanks emptying, transport and caring for a contents
  • machinery unclogging of sewage systems
  • improvement of sanitary conditions after established damage (fissure, coving in)
  • cleaning of depositing places and transport of contents
  • perforation and cleaning of sanitary and precipitation sewage system and transport of contents

WE TAKE CARE OF EXPIRED AND WRITTEN – OFF GOODS

Our company in its great experience of waste management can also offer to its clients a caring for bio waste. Regarding to it, we would like to extract caring for expired and written off goods.

At your request we will take care of written off goods according to rules and also, we will give you a documentaton to affirm that the whole process was done according to statutory provisions.

 

WE COLLECT AND RECYCLE CONSTRUCTION WASTE

Our company manages the recycling plant for construction waste in Jakuševac, settlement in Zagreb. The plant can take all kinds of construction waste. For example:

  • fractures in concrete and reinforced concrete structures
  • brick
  • mortar
  • ceramics
  • all waste material from demolition
  • material from excavation of construction pits

After processing in our plant, using the main sieve, the material is sieved in five fractions from 0-4mm, from 4-8 mm, from 8-16 mm, from16-32 mm and in fraction bigger than 32 mm. This material is very convinient for dams and similar applications, it has also received the needed atests and you can offer it from our company.

At demolition and construction sites, according to offer, we put containers for various fractions of construction waste and after that we transport full containers to be processed. After that we transport them to investor with affirmed documentation that investor passes the technical exam with. We can take a constant care of waste, or we can do final cleaning of construction site. Sometimes is indispensable to do it very fast and efficaciously before verification of object, or when the an object is at the stage of preparation for an opening.

WE MAINTAIN AND SANIFY DUMPS

Till now we have sanified many landfills and wild dumps and, as a rule, we do it  in two ways:

  • We remove waste from locality and transport it to dump . We dig up waste, often from very impassable grounds, we sort it and send it to be processed. Unusable part of the waste we transport to dumps where we deposit it permanently.
  • We sanify dumps and rearrange waste.
    During improvement of sanitary conditions, with rearrangement of waste, it is necessary to make good gasket layers that we rearrange old waste on. In the same time we take new waste that we cover and, in the end, we close it with final gasket layer. In the cases when under gasket layers guarantee adequate impermeability, by rearranging we form a stable body of depony that we cover and finish with gasket layers.

DESINFECTION, DESINSECTION AND DERATISATION (DDD)

Beside permanent environment protection our services include also implementation of protection with desinfection, desinsection and deratisation. This kind of works we do based on permission made out from Ministry of Health of Republic of Croatia. Also, we are a member of Croatian association for desinfection, desinsection and deratisation. We can offer you a professional and efficacious fighting pests, adapting ourselves maximal to Your conditions and needs.

Desinfection is an array of different procedures and measures that are implemented with aim to destroy injurious microorganisms.

Desinsection is also an array of procedures and measures that are implemented with aim to destroy injurious arthropods (cockroaches, ants, flies, wasps, hornets, breezes etc.) that are carriers of agents of infectious diseases, live like parasites on human body, cause allergy reactions and have toxic effect.

Deratisation is also an array of different procedures and measaures that are taken with aim to destroy injurious rodents (mice, rats).

Based on Law for protection of population against infectious diseases (N.N. 60/92), with a view to protect population and material goods, this preventive measures have to be implemented twice a year and according to need. That will insure less probability of appearance of parasites and enable timely and adequate reaction in the cases of their appearance.

We carry out desinfection, desinsection and deratisation in:

  • Housing objects (houses, flats, hotels etc.)
  • Out-houses (warehouses, stores, factories etc.)
  • Public objects (public traffic areas, public institutions etc.)
  • Vehicles

Carrying out these so called DDD-measures, we use mechanic, physical and chemical ways of protection. Our employees who carry out protection have certificates for carrying out of DDD measures made out from Croatian institution for toxicology. In our work we use the newest, examined means for control of procreation of insects and rodents,  intended for use in public and municipal hygiene. Ten-year experience in servicing of proper rolling stock, with more than 100 working vehicles and machines, were an excellent base for opening of service for vehicles and working machines, both for proper and market needs.

From the start of the year 2006 we offer complete service to out users with special privilege for municipal companies that includes possibility to hire a substitute vehicle.

The service is specialized for mechanics, diagnostics, optics, car electricity, vulcanization, locksmith´s trade, tin-smith´s trade, refinishing shops and machining.

Expert services team includes 20 qualified employees who, according to need, go to terrain, eliminate engine trouble momentarily, if it is a question of a small reapir, or they transport a broken down, or damaged vehicle to the service. Our clients can also have in stock winter, or summer tires according to rules.

In our company You can also, fast and acceptable,  order and buy spare parts and build them in immediately.  A large part of consumer goods You can immediately take in the spare parts and tire warehouse.
